M.A.R.S Incorporated or Macquarie Area Rehabilitation Services is a not for profit organisation with a management board.
Our job is to create work for people within our community who have a psychiatric disability. We provide on-site vocational support with two fully trained horticulturists and café managers.

All our employees are supported in the community by Ryde Community Mental Health.

MARS workers are paid award wages. It is not a sheltered workshop. They come from a range of different backgrounds from professional to unskilled.

MARS Inc business activities include Cornucopia Café, Mars Garden Makeovers and Cornucopia Nursery.
